My car has been hit outside, its snowed again here, the guy slammed on his brake at top of hill and went straight into mine.

Will post pics soon

But need advce as always

I had it on Third Party, Fire and Theft with Motor Legal Cover all with Direct Line.

What would this mean, not being my fault, my car being parked and neighbour as witness and him admitting fault?

Confusedhock: :crying:

Aaarrgh, bad luck mate :crying:

But if you've got a witness then that's great, though you shouldn't need it really since you were parked up so the insurance company will know it's the other guy's fault.

It should all be covered by his insurance.

As your not to blame then your be ok mate your get your car repaired with no cost to you.

However this will flag up on your insurance, and as your having issue it will not be any easier to find insurance for you...

You dont even need to tell your insurance!
you can use a third party broker

Good that your all safe, you never know they may write your car off and then with that and all the money from overtime it "could" be Lexus time again!!
