Evening people.

As you all know I have the worlds most booring car. A 51 reg 2001 Honda Civic 1.4 SE automatic (the dog car). Having read a bit about them on Honest John's website, it tells me that the 1.4 non vtec engine is a non interference unit meaning if a cambelt snaps, no big deal. However, the haynes manuall says that serious engine damage could occur if the cambelt were to snap.

Simple question then. Which one is right?

If anyone knows that would be great.

Jim.
