Now Don't Forget The REP!!!
The blue one is usually a normal glycol based coolant, and most of the toyota/lexus dealers use the red/pink long life as it has rust inhibitors, so i'd say go for the red mate

Any good branded red coolant will do, because generally they are made to the same recommendations, contain rust inhibitors and lubricants to maintain to seals in the pump and you generally change the coolant before it has come to the end of its working life for one reason or another.
