My electric seat not Working??

hi peepz i've just got in my car b4 and i have realised that my drivers side seat isn't working it goes back but the front doesn't tilt forward if you know what i mean it make a winding noise?? but when i tilt backward and forwards it works and doesn't make any noise any help so that i can get it working and fixed asap please.

Demon's breaking his IS, if nobody's had away the interior you might get that one?
Failing that there's always breaking ISs on fleabay...
If I remember right, ormi nicked his out of a 04 plate car that came through his work via the government's scrappage scheme?
