Boot open = batt dead
Went to hop in the car this evening only to be greeted by "click...click....click". Battery was totally flat as a pancake!
Only thing I could see that could have caused it was I accidentally left the boot ajar. Could this, combined with not using the car for 4 days have been enough to drain the battery flat?

mine can go fat in a couple of days with just the alarm on lol
if you remove the boot lamp problem solved lol or change it to an LED

mine dies if i dont use it for more than 2 days so i have to make sure i drive at weekends or i cant get to work on a monday, or tuesday as it was this week when had to jump start off my dads car again, going to try the varta E44 silver battery that wozza upgraded to when i get some free cash hopefully that will keep its charge longer and its got more crank amps or what ever it is? off memory it 700÷ CCA's compared to the 300ish my current halfords battery has
I thought about getting a small motorbike sized sealed battery in the boot, and have it twin charged and attached to the starter, so if your main battery goes flat youve got enough juice to turn the engine over and get started
I didnt mean an actual motorbike one, a motorbike sized one, the one from the Skyline GTR springs to mind as its tiny
