Strange for a US site to advertise a kit for an IS200? Pretty cheap though. The standard engine will not take too much power (it used to be thought about 240bph, now some say it will go a little higher, but not a whole lot) as the internals will melt. Additional (expensive) upgrades are needed to run the sort of power you really want from a turbo. Plus, of course, you are gonna wanna upgrade the suspension, maybe brakes and many other things to cope with the extra power. It can and has been done, but you need fairly deep pockets, and often quite a bit of time and patience!
TTE charger is a good alternative, but rare as rocking horse doodoo, as I expect you are well aware.

This is not uncommon in the turbo world! As I said, you need deep pockets.

This totalled about the value of the car at the time.

Rabster my turbo kit is capable of producing 330bhp on standard internals, but wasnt cheap
was it a kit you bought or someone fitted and made up for you.

I'm surprised by that, as I didn't realise you could get over double stock power without stock internals giving out? Does that mean a TTE charger could make 250-300 with the right size pulley?
When you say "capable of producing" does that mean you are running less at the moment?
