As above...
Has anybody got an FK front bumper fitted to their IS/RS?
If so, what's the fit like? What is it made of? Fiberglass, PFRP etc.
I've emailed the seller but no answer yet.

I'm getting my rear bumper re-spayed as in idiot drove into me. :cursing:
Though it might be worthwhile getting the front done at the same time.

Yeah I bought one many moons ago.

It arrived snapped in two because the seller didn't package it properly.

I couldn't say what the fitment was like (for obvious reasons), but what I did notice was that it would be very difficult to mount the mesh they provide benhind the bumper securely as there was nowhere to screw the mesh into. You'd have to rely on some very strong glue to hold mesh in place.

Also the fog lights that they include are total wankel and yo'd need to fab up some custom brackets to get them to stay in place.

Sounds like a good experience. Glad I asked.
I assume it was fibreglass if it snapped?

I've got one.

Overall the fitment is good apart from under the headlights, it could be a bit more flush/tighter.

Had it on since February and so far there are no cracks.

Cool, got any pics? Had a look on your profile page but you can't really see how well it fits. Looks good though! :thumbup1:

I do like the shape of that bumper, but not the look of those round fog lights! Would be better if they could somehow incorporate the standard fog lights.

Confusedad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confusedad:

Does look to be a good fit. Not mad keen on the idea of a fibreglass front bumper though.
Why do the genuine ones have to be so expensive...

Your car looks great bash.

I put on a few layers of Plasti-dip to try and protect it from stone chips etc...seems to do the job.....then I cut out the grill and put in a Lexus 3 bar one.
