Iphone 3GS with signal woes.. I want to kill it !
cared:Its an 18 month old 3GS, so out of warranty.
I have had it checked, antenna is all ok and connected, everything works fine on the screen etc
I have reset it, restored it, kicked it, swore at it and even updated it with the IO5 software etc..
But.. still no signal....
I have looked on you tube and apart from a variety of advice, I have deducted that there are a lot of ***** out there that are to happy to be on a webcam :Overkill:
So, any good advice.. ?
Poxy iphone is driving me nuts.. so any solutions other than smashing it with a hammer for you tube greatfully acepted cared:

01-09-2018, 10:12 AM #2thats the only apple product i ever brought, had the same problem, sent it back 3 times then got a new one and sold it. never again will i ever have a apple product in my house.
Will get another brand next time, unless the new iPhone demonstrates it is significantly improved.

Bin it (you'll not get much selling if it doesn't pick up signal!) and buy an Android phone. Samsung Galaxy S2 or the Atrix are both good phones.

Barry Ive got a 3GS and a 4 and never had any signal issues with either of them on Orange, it must have a fault internally buddy if its just not picking up a signal.
Have you tried a SIM from another network provider? Like 02 etc
It is an O2 phone, I got it on cintract. It's never been jailbroken or unlocked etc
