For those of you who missed / were unaware of this when it was on, in 2008 Nissan and Sony set a challenge to users of Gran Turismo 4(?) and set up a league involving Nissan's racing cars, with the grand prize being a drive in the Dubai 24hr race. There was a tv program about it at the time, but they've started putting small episodes of it up on youtube now under "From Sofa to Pro". They've just finished running the 3rd year of this I think, some Welsh guy won it.
