Been thinking of a little idea to make my wheels look a bit cooler and thought of getting some red wheel nuts to replace my standard ones. The only problem is im still using standard wheels and i've read that some people dont advise using different wheel nuts on standard wheels.

Any thoughts or suggestions on this matter?

I can't see there being any problems with using non OEM wheel nuts as long as they have the same seat type.

e.g. Lexus use a fairly uncommon flat seated nut, whereas most aftermarket wheels use a tapered seat nut.

So just find out what type you have, and buy the same sort...job done Smile
