Ok so i ahd my guy out that i use for alarms Very professional will see if i can get him on board as a trader, his knowledge of cars and the alarms are very good. He also deals with Car AV too...

but anyway, so i got the clifford AvantGuard 5.5 fitted to the Zed same toys as i had on my lexus

Thatcham Approved (Category 1)
Two 5-button Extended Range Remotes
Dual-Zone Proximity Sensor
Tilt/Motion Sensor
Glass Tamper Sensor
Dual-Circuit Immobilisation
SSPS5 Smart Self-Powered Battery Backup Siren
Central Door Locking andTotal Closure Control
Plain-View 2 Code Protected Valet Mode/Override
ACG2 Defeats Remote "Cloning" Devices
Fact 2 (False Alarm Control & Test) Anti-Falsing Circuitry
Secure Access Full-Time Feature Customisation
Low Transmitter Battery Warning
Programming upgrades (PIN free programming, grid jump, etc)

there is a new system made by expresskit which would allow the system to integrate fully with the existing cars circuits digitally via the Canbus, he did try to get this to integrate to my car as it was on the border line of the firmware available n the system but unfortunately due to is being a 2005 plate it was hit and miss and we missed :crying:

so it was back to good old analogue wiring which i prefer as it gives me more scope to play over time.

the car is fitted with the remote start too which was very cool..
will keep you updated with the other toys that get fitted to it which you know me there will be loads….

Nice system!

You? Other toys? Never!

Confusedad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confusedad:

Sounds very cool, I had a look at these a while back but at the time I didn't have a car worth fitting one too

I remember reading somewhere that the factory fitted alarm on 350z's is Thatcham Cat 1 approved, is that right?
