There's a comprehensive guide to using a rotary polisher (e.g. Kestrel) over at Detailing World, here.

Please note that machine polishers are normally either "rotary" or "dual-action". Dual-action polishers are typically easier to use for those without experience of using machine polishers, but consulting the respective guide should help you out whichever type you have.

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

Rotary polishers are the most powerful polishers and are capable at removing defects quickly and efficiently. The direct motion of the machine gives the user infinite control over the polishing action, allowing experienced users to create stunning finishes.I am really interested in all the correction power many are getting with their PC's, can the Flex DA replicate that with slight adjustments or should I sell it and buy a new PC. To be honest what I can sell the flex for will most likely pay for a brand new PC machine. The heat is on! Circular polishers get much hotter than dual action polishers because the pad is spinning at a high speed.
