my IS200 stalled yesterday and found out today it was the fuel pump...my mechanic is suggesting to install a walbro (225) instead of the OEM because we have to order the OEM and wait about a month....
is it ok to use a walbro?my car is bone stock....

Yeah it can't hurt. Though I'm pretty sure I have a used standard one in the garage. Postage and it's yours.

Funny enough Welbro are considered absolute **** this side of the world most places wouldn't touch them with a barge poll and even take them out if it's on the spec list when a cars imported.

Anyone tr LPH of the stock fuel pump? From what i remember the walbro is 255LPH
...so if installing a bigger fuel pump...will this affect the engine to run rich? Or not?
