At what temp and how long do the lights need to be left in the oven??? And once done will they just pull apart or will I need to get a screwdriver or something similar to prise them apart.
I did try first thing this morning with the oven on a very very low temp but I just seemed to be damaging the plastic (grey part) when I tried prising them apart. So not sure if I didn't have the oven high enough or I hadn't left them in long enough or something . . . .

I had my oven just turned up full for about 5 or 10min and used flat head screw driver and knife to open it up i did find tht it deformed grey plastic abit but once u heat it up to put itt back together u can flatten it back out again, just make sure u keep a close eye on it cuz i left one in to long once and cost me lik 70 quid to get a new one!

06-05-2020, 11:52 AM #4I kept my oven at 120 and just put them in for bout 10 mins, pulled at them then put in for another 5 mins then they came apart no probs.
