steviewevie Are those the WIM settings or just the OEM Lexus settings ? Because if they're the latter, sorry but they've wasted your time and money using rubbish settings

garyskisplym Thanks for that.
Any idea about the o/s/r camber???
Here the the figures.
Front camber left, right Ok
Front toe right ok Left is at 0.10 (Should be 0.03 to 0.09)
Front toe overall ok
Rear camber left -0.99 (Should bge -0.88 to 0.12)
Rear camber right ok
Rear toe left ok
Rear toe right -0.07 (Should be 0 to 0.12)
This is the data that was given to me by the place that did it.
I would go WIM but its over 500 miles away from me lol.

Unfortunately, the OEM Lexus settings are not good, and can lead to exactly the sort of tyre wear issues that you are seeing. So your current setup is unlikely to fix the issue, I'm afraid.
A while back, Tony Bones of Wheels In-Motion undertook some research on this, and came up with a new geometry setup which does fix the tyre wear issue, and also improves overall handling.
These WIM settings aren't a secret, and you could get hold of them and get your garage to use them (they do include caster angles too, as I mentioned). The trouble is that a lot of garages struggle with this on the IS200, particularly because some of the WIM values appear to be outside of the adjustment range at first glance, so they need to know how to set the values, not just what they are.
You could try and get WIM to recommend you a competent place to do the work. But the guaranteed way to suceed is to take your car to the experts at WIM. They are based in Chesham, in Bucks.
Edit - posted at the same time as Tony.
wheels-inmotion The NSR toe adjuster cam rides over the ledge it should push against, meaning no adjustment can be had, but......
If they jack the rear up, set the cam neutral and manually push the wheel in the direction desired, then lower the car this will allow adjustment in the other direction.
Historically this problem happens when Positive adjustment is required, do the above then negative direction is required..... Problem solved
