*Disclaimer* Do this at your own risk, drilling is included, be careful with any tools, if you cannot fit this properly it is not my responsibility.
This guide is what we did, it may well differ from others doings.

First, you need to jack up the car, by finding a good strong jacking point underneath the car, jack it up, and remove the 4 lug nuts and locking wheel nut on each wheel, then remove the wheels. (You can leave the wheels on possibly but it makes the job easier by removing them.)

Second, you need to place the kit up on your front bumper as far as it will go, then mark out points where you need to drill out holes:
And there will be another couple of points, but you can mark out these yourself.

Now, you can remove the arch liner around the bumper by undoing this clip:
Then the arch liner will just pop out, but there are other clips above, which hold the arch liner on more, you may need to unclip these, may not.

Now you need to get out your drill and drill the holes where you marked them out.

Once you have drilled the holes, there will be two of them where you will have to undo the bumper screws to get under the bumper, as there is a plastic cover underneath, by the fog light. once you have seen where you drilled the hole, place the bracket you get with the kit on the front lip, then place the front lip on the bumper to line it up, then do the bolt up with a spanner, ratchet or your fingers.
Repeat this for the other side.:

There will also be another hole you need to drill in the middle, but you can see this hole, you dont need to pull back the covers or anything:

Now you need to drill two holes on the arch liner, mark these holes out by placing the front lip on the arch liner, mark it out with a marker, then drill these holes.

Once drilled, you need to place a bracket on the arch liner, then put the front lip over it, and screw the bolt into the hole, and there will be a nut placed on the bracket and it will hold itself.
Repeat this for the other side.
Clip back the arch liner, by clipping in the clip I showed you earlier.

Make sure everything is tight. And like I said, this may be different to your fittings, and if you follow this guide and get it wrong, I cannot be held responsible.

Fitting TRD side skirts:
This is so easy...
You undo 2 screws on the other side of the arch liner at the front.:
Line these up with the holes on the side skirt, do up the screws when you have lined up the holes, screw up the screws, one side is now done.

Now you have to go to the rear of the car, look on the arch liner there there will be 1 screw that lines up, unscrew it, line up the side skirt and redo the screw up.

Now underneath there will be 4 places you have to drill, I was not watching underneath as there was not enough room, but drill into somewhere, but make sure it is not something important, as it could then mess the car about. If you know what I mean... slide the bracket into the skirt, then do up the bolt on the car.

I hope this helped you. Don't forget to rep.
And I will say it once more, you may need to work something out for yourself if I have not done the guide right, or you have read it wrong.
Thanks
