Note: Those eyebrows are an additional modification!

I'd like to de-tango mine (as it is often referred to) but don't know if I can be bothered with the effort of baking and disassembling them only to reassemble with the chance of screwing it up! Plus don't really wanna buy a second set just to experiment on. Maybe further down the line when more important things have been sorted I will do it though!

Confusedad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confusedad:

Gord Is300 light are de-tangoed mate  as standard Big Grin

I know.

Stoney They don't have the amber bits (just amber bulbs so show correct when lit). Other than that, they are the same. If you are opening yours up then you can remove the amber bits easily, effectively turning them into IS300 lights.

IS300 lights aren't the same fit, you can only fit IS300 lights to an IS200 if the IS200 is a 2004+ model which had factory HIDs, otherwise they require some modification

Only a small modification, IIRC? But they do look the same (minus the amber bits) when fitted.

Cheers for the replies guys. If I can get a set of lights as a temp, so I can still drive the car whilst tinkering with my headlights then I will give it a try. Im no stranger to "baking" lights as I did this to mod to both my and Lisa's MR2s. just need to make sure I do an extra good job sealing them back up.

I did this using the 24 LED waterproof strips - like the ones that are currently on the lex as LED eyebrows.
