Rabster Speak to LEXUSPAT he has a proven track record and I think over 40 kits are now out there using his cradle design
Oh well I was going to say I'd have a look at making these but think you should just ask LEXUSPAT now

So if someone wants to look at these by all means but there is a lad on fb making them with built in bypass flange mounted to it

Tbf although my fabricator is looking at doing them he hasn't taken any measurements or even had a good look at mine.

But CAD drawings have been made up and are looking good.
For other people that are running this s/c setup, what diameter pipe are you running on the outlet?
Drawings have been made up with a 2.5" outlet hole, I have asked for a 3" so then a reducer can be used down to 2" in a silly attempt for better flow/felxibility.
What size would be people like to see on them?

Most go from 2.5 down to 2 and then back to 2.5 for inlet

Most use 2.5 as most pipes are well priced at this size and with a 3 pipe below space is gonna be even tighter and is hell to work with.

I found that if I wanted to use 2.5", I needed to angle the outlet and turn it slightly to the right. Otherwise it was never gonna fit. At first I followed Lindbloms design (found on page 11 on this thread, mine was 15mm longer), but the 90 coming off the outlet was touching the water pipes. Chopped a C section out, bent it over, now I have loads of room.
The navara pulley is proving tricky to find, so I'm looking at the merc E300 item instead.
No-one has mentioned whether they have had any success with it on here?
