No worries dude, thanks for your reply! I might pop into maplins tomorrow and see if I can get the components! If I were to show this diagram to someone who knew about electronics should they be able to assemble it? Cheers mate!
I reckon you should, there are so many is owner's that would snap your hand off for one! Whack a few on eBay for a tenner and you'll be laughing! Has anyone got a picture of one they have made that I can use for reference when making mine? I'm gonna grab the components after work so hopefully can get this done at the weekend!
A tenner! I sold mine for a fiver, and I thought I was taking the pee then!
I don't have any pics I'm afraid, but that wouldn't have helped as they were heat shrinked and taped anyway.
I'll probably knock a few up again at some point, as there is always demand and I've got loads of the components for them at home.
Just been into maplin and the guy said he needs a data sheet so he knows which diodes/resistors etc to sell me??? I am well out of my depth here! Also, do all the components get soldered directly to a curcuit board or is it just going to be wires? Considering the beatsonic lead is about £130 I reckon you were undercutting yourself at a fiver!
The components cost around £2, it's not about undercutting, it's helping out your mate
PM me your address and I'll send you the components as I should have some hanging around somewhere.
I just creatively soldered them together to make a smaller unit as possible. Putting them onto a board is the most professional solution sure, but I didn't want bulk.
Are you sure mate? If you reply with your PayPal email I can reimburse you the cost of components and.postage! I did see this on another forum.. http://my.is/forums/f103/stock-nav-after...lp-408581/ is that ideally what I need to do?
