About 30k's worth at worse, but thats racing you know it's going to happen, it's just a case of when :mellow:

Plus that gives me a while to find some sponsors for next year once we have got it fixed, that way we have some money in the pot for repairs.

Yeah it is but we aren't racing again until next year so we have a few months to get the work done bit by bit, that way we don't have to pay it all out in one hit.

We had the new one built to FIA Funny car spec with a Strange Top loader rear axle as this year we going to race as an Altered with the same body, but we are running as a Funny car in 4 events here and in Europe this year and have had to buy a couple of new engines from America as our old engine puts out 3000bhp but for Funny car we need 7000bhp, so two new engines, rear axle, chassis with body has doubled what we were going to lay out.

Just an update, we had to have a new chassis made as the old one was not any good for our class after the repairs so it's going to be a Pro Mod chassis.
