Stoney I will fit mine soon too (Teins) and will be going fore about 30mm up front and 40mm rear. This is what I ran before, the car sits well, yet speed bumps and other uneven ground (like the entrance to my drive!) shouldn't be a problem. You may want to give that a try. Fitment shouldn't be too difficult, I am gonna give mine a go myself.

30mm front, 40mm rear:

What kind of Teins you got to fit mate ?

Lexus IS200 Mods--TTE Supercharger, Tein Superstreet Coilovers & EDFC, 6000K HID Lights, HKS Silent High Power Exhaust, DBA Front Discs, Kenwood DNX9240 Head Unit, 19" Rims, TRD Kit, FIGS Bonnet Struts, Greddy Pillar Pod & Defi Gauges, TTE Red ARBS . And Been To WIM twice

Yeah, I always wanted to take it lower too, but given the places I have to drive I need to retain some clearance, and I did like it as it was. The point I was making is that I think you need to drop 10mm more on the rear to get it to sit flat like that.

I think they are Flex... though it's been a few years! Not removed from my old car yet though, and may need a clean up/refurb, depending upon their condition. I was going to fit them with my new rims a couple months back, but now I think I need wider rear tyres, and also will need arch rolling (which nobody does near me!) It all got a bit complicated and what with me having a broken hand too, I'm gonna leave the car as it until the new year now.

Confusedad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confusedad:

Marsdendean I was going to go for the Mesiter ones until i was looking around the £900 mark for the coilovers and fitting . . . . So if anyone posts a guide to fitting then i will have some in the new year

what?!

Cost me £586 or something like that. Fitting is going to cost you over £300?!

Fitting (assuming it take a couple of hours) plus a full geometry setup is just under £300 at WIM

WIM charged me £100 for geo on an IS200, last time I was there.

a couple hundred miles usually? Give MrR a shout they will confirm it for you, it is well worth getting the WIM settings if you haven't got them already.
