Dark Samurai Was that a hint at Chris, Jim?
"Oh Chris I don't have any polishing stuff, but you do, here you go mate" is what you meant, right Wink

I don't speak in riddles I'm afraid.

If I had the gear I'd do the whole charger myself. Just having the volute polished and the rest of the charger with a milled finish would look weird. So I'd have to do the whole charger...and there's no way on earth its leaving my sight, especially not after the sh*t i went through to get it into the UK.

But I'm fairly set on black. The rest of my piping is black, and there's no bling in the engine bay anywhere else at the mo. So black it will be Wink

Taa mate, its mostly so I dont drive myself insane. I'd spent 8hrs cleaning the car, then open the bonnet for something and realise another 8hrs work was in order. lol

Matte black covers a multitude of sins, unless we're talking about bed sheets.

When its all back together :thumbup1:. Got the radiator and pulley's to arrive yet before I'm sticking it all back in.

Will also need to get it tuned as I'm going to be pushing 14psi when its back together and its only tuned to 9psi!

Cleaning my bare alu wheels is enough to put me off having anything else polished, that's for sure. Respect to those who have everything polished, but its no wonder that most cars with the blingy bays are garage queens.

I'm pretty sure black absorbs light, not heat? So in a closed engine bay _technically_ an item painted black should be no different in temperature to a silver or white one?
