Sparkystav The wires may be,Thanks Stav, appreciate the suggestion but still inconclusive tried looking at manuals from other timers thinking the principal should be the same but there are differences no big deal I'll keep looking, hopefully something will turn up.
Black - could just be a plain earth
White - handbrake as you mentioned

Found an oh-so-tasty looking tidbit which has me sliding it into my future shopping list quite close to the top!
A JDM DAMD D shaped genuine leather red stitched steering wheel !
It was love at first sight [emoji7] [emoji7] [emoji7] and I have to have one! [emoji2]

I fitted the above mentioned timer and all is working fine, regarding the wires I was asking about before, I worked out the whit wire was not needed it made no difference at all... So I didn't use it, if I notice anything I'll review it again and figure out what mistake I have made, but for now it seems to work as expected
Photos will follow

So it's not connected at all?
Was there a wire for the handbrake?

Sparkystav So it's not connected at all?To be honest Stav I tried the whit one on and off the handbrake and it made no difference, however I think the black wire that I connected to earth should be connected to the handbrake. That being said though the way it is now works for me I can decide when to have it on or off by manually switching it on or off using the power button kind of like a valet switch.

odd then!
Thew handbrake wire cuts the engine if someone takes it off whilst its on countdown.
try earthing the wire before you turn the car off. then remove it from earth and see if it cuts the car
