Had a pretty eventful weekend. Friday/Saturday I installed a new Car PC using the popup nav housing. However I didn't manage to get any pics of the install, but as I'm swapping the housing for a 7" one shortly I'll be sure to take some pictures.

However my main achievement was getting all of my supercharger parts back from the powdercoaters which allowed me to do this:

I'll get some proper pictures in daylight, but basically I've mounted the supercharger and its bracket. Admittedly it would have been nice and easy to do with the bumper, radiator and serp belt removed. But with several trips to halfords for various length extensions and bendy extensions I managed to get it into place.

Space is SOO tight that I had to rip apart the wiring harness and saw part of it off, but this gave me the opportunity to dress up some more parts of the engine bay. I also had to hammer my heatshield about a bit in order for the S/C to sit in the right position, but I got there eventually.

Lexusboy Looking good Jim,, you have been a busy boy

Cheers mate. I think this is as far as I can go for the moment because:

- I'm waiting for my new injectors to come back from being professionally cleaned.

- I'm waiting to hear back from my (more reliable) powdercoaters to see if they can powdercoat my intercooler black without clogging any of the fins.

- I'm waiting on an E-Manage plug and play harness so I dont have to do any soldering.

The only other thing I'd ideally like to get done now is have the new serp belt installed so the supercharger actually turns. This will let me get used to the sound a bit and also run a couple of oil changes through it as the oil that came out of it when I purchased it was nasty.

Jim you could of spray your cooler your self without it clogging up

A lot of cooler being oil or Rads are painted black as some manufacturer do not like the silver finish.

Cheers for all the positive feedback guys. I'll get some more pictures today. I'm actually massively impressed with the powdercoating finish, so I think it worked out for the best with the other company letting me down.

I was tempted to rattle can the intercooler myself, but I thought that it might be better powdercoated as its more likely to stand up to the stones/flies that will inevitably be getting stuck in it?

I would have liked to gone for an all-out chrome 'bling' finish on everything, but knowing how particular I am about everything I think I would have drove myself insane trying to keep it clean.
