My (slow) progression thread
I'll have to find out what's on my mates DC5 integra, it matches his seibon bonnet almost perfectly. I've had some of the DiNoc stuff and it looks ridiculously tesco value.
Yeh if you could find out what material is best to use I can get some bought and then start working on building up the courage to do it myself and hopefully not **** it up!
So i've not really done much for a while, but the other week i decided to go mad and stickerbomb my centre unit. I had two options, either spend heaps of cash on ebay and buy loads of individual stickers or save alot by buying some A4 sheets of sticker that were pre-bombed and use it like a vinyl. I decided to go for the second option
The 3 sheets i bought (all JDM style logos and brands so it suits the car)
The area i was doing comes off in two section so i took the lower half off first and gave that a go to see how it works before moving onto the larger and more difficult top section. Turned out quite well!
Then onto the top section. Taking it apart was a right ball ache!
And the finished product...
Really happy how it turned out. I know this sort of thing isnt to everybody's but im still pretty chuffed!
Im going to be taking the little cubby-hole section out again and spraying the front of it black so then the only silver bit left will be the cd player which unitl i get a different unit will have to stay that colour.
I like the outcome, but can't say I understand the appeal with stickerbombing.
Never been a fan of actual sticker bombing, but that does look pretty good! Top work :thumbup1:
So my list of things to do is starting to be hacked away at. Got a few little bits sorted now:
LED sidelights (crappy picture but you can just about make them out)
Some Honda Jazz washer jets (does a mist rather that two jets), some brighter main beam headlights, and a bag of rivets as some of the ones holding the arch liner in place have got a bit destroyed whilst trying to access my sidelights.
Overnight parts
8k HID dipped beam kit arrived too, makes such a difference on the road I can't believe it!
Also got some Team Heko wind deflectors coming this week, and a Buddy Club Spec III cat-back exhaust system which will sound frickin awesome! (see below video for an idea of what it'll sound like)

And a nice arty photo to finish
Looking awesome dude! Some nice little touches....
