Ok i think you've sold it to me now! Im going to start collecting the bits

I've only looked on ebay quickly but it appears the blower needed is not exactly plentiful? There are loads of the post 2000 units though!

M45 is alot smaller so power output is pointless to fit in the best sense of the idea.

Used in the new mini but think weight and power output compared to a large IS

I read they were suitable up to 2.5. But never seen anyone running one on the is, thought there must be a reason for it. I have no experience with superchargers at all. I'm gonna have a nose at some at japfest!

Well, the pulley people have been mentioning can be found on diesel powered Nissan Navara D40s (MY 2004 onwards).

The Nissan part number is 21051-EB300 and it looks like this:

However, last Friday I had a look at said pulley and I realized the holes don't really match the studs on the IS200 water pump. I guess you could make it work by enlarging the D7.5mm holes to around D10mm, but if I'm not mistaken the center hole also needs to be bigger to fit the water pump. I can double check that on Friday.

Anyway, here's a comparison I made between the Navara D40 pulley and the original TTE pulley:

Interesting, looks like it could be made to work ok? I assume that as the nissan pulley is a little wider it will sit further away from the water pump than the tte pulley but the 5 of the belt groves will still align with the SC pulley? If not it will shread belts in no time I'd have thought?
