I called nissan today and to buy one of those pulleys brand new is £103 plus vat!!
I don't fancy paying that so I've emailed about 4 different people on ebay breaking a navara to see what they want.
Using the drawings provided above i have drawn the two pulleys in CAD and overlaid them, enlarging the holes in the nissan pulley to 11mm will make them bang on with the is200 water pump
Wayne Any other pulleys that can be used? I'm struggling to find the D40 pulley! There's a Mercedes water pump pulley that might work. I haven't drawn it to check the dimensions against the TTE pulley yet, but the Mercedes item number is 6032050110. You can find it on a Merc E300 diesel from -91 to -98. I don't know about other model years. It also seems the same pulley can be found on the hideous SsangYong Musso 2.9 diesel (Mercedes engine).

Also, will I be able to fit the charger in along with my strut brace? Looks very tight...

CrocodileHunter I'm also finding it difficult to locate a pulley for some reason, breakers are generally not coming back to me.

I've added the dimensions to the drawing I made earlier:
I don't know the size of the four small holes in the Merc pulley, but that's irrelevant anyway since they would need to be like 14mm large to fit the water pump. I would drill four new holes if I were to go for the Merc pulley.
I did try to do a TTE pulley group buy a few years ago, but there wasn't enough interest back then: http://www.outlawjapclub.co.uk/forum/sho...hp?t=14268 - £70 seemed a bit expensive, but a used Navara pulley from a breaker in Sweden is £75 to £110 and they still need to be modified. I'm sure they would be cheaper in the UK though.
Regarding the inlets/outlets I gave the drawings to my metal guy a week ago, but i haven't talked to him since. I'll meet him tomorrow.
How much additional boost is a 138mm pulley going to give? Will it be enough to cause any other issues?
I assume you'd need a slightly longer belt to go with the bigger pulley as the 790mm belt is apparently a tight fit over the standard size pulley?
