For a couple of quid a year you can buy your own domain name, then you could just have an email address like [email protected] or whatever you wanted...
You don't actually have to have a website set up on the domain either, just set it up to forward your mail to your usual email address if you can't be bothered with setting up mailservers etc but looks more professional with your own domain name...
