does it go to reservoir, from the rack, if it does its low pressure or from the pump to the rack (hi pressure)

cant really tell from that photo, as not familiar with the beams setup

So I would be very very surprised if they could not repair a simple power steering hose.

Todd, Pirtek do a lot of hi-pressure hose repairs mate down my way, all the Motorway maintenance diggers, local council.
So I would be very very surprised if they could not repair a simple power steering hose.

Probably no more than £20-£30
Any hydraulic hose assemblers will be able to do it mate.
