well i've had this car for about a month now and i've not done anything to it apart from fitting an engine damper.
however i have been chatting to the previous previous owner who did all the hard work and he's sent me a lot of the pictures of it being built so i thought you might like to see the transformation thats taken place upto this point.

how the car started life
[Image: image20.jpg]

next step was wheels and exhaust
[Image: image16jpg16.jpg]

followed by the arrival of the very large intercooler, alloy radiator with 12" electric fans and coilovers
[Image: image19jpg19.jpg]
next step was the exedy 6 paddle clutch and lightened flywheel
[Image: image13jpg13.jpg]
then the bodykit arrived so the car spent the next few weeks having it fitted and a complete respray.

a few other bits and pieces turned up and were promptly fitted to her
the nismo gearknob, apexi boost controller and a purple beanie hat was used to replace the crappy leather aged gear gaitor
also a small sub enclosure was fitted into the part of the boot that never gets used. fits in there perfectly
and the wheels were also refurbed to bring them upto scratch
there has been a lot of other bits and pieces fitted to the car over time that havent had pictures taken for and there is a few plans for it still. these being rear overfenders, wider rear wheels and rear wheels putting on the front.plus a few other trick bits
but this is how it stands to date  hope you enjoy

It's running spot on Phil Wink
Was a bit stuttery but I altered the boost to 0.9 from 0.6bar on the controller.
I think it's only been set up on the higher boost tbh.
Got no leaks, don't use water or oil Smile
My only real problem is the gearbox synchro from 1st to 2nd. But that's a common problem.
Not too bothered by it tho as 2nd boxes can be picked up easy enough for about £80-£100 Wink

and easy enough to fit, should have taken it to thurrock last night, plenty of cars and a few fast motors.

Very very nice, love 200s, the whole car works, the previous owner must spend hours in looking around to get wheels and body kit that look that nice together.

Gaz

BHP, TORQUE, UNDER STEER, OVERSTEER FOR DUMMYS
BHP- how fast you hit the wall, TORQUE- how far you push the wall
OVER STEER- Dont see the wall, UNDER STEER- You do see it
1999 Blue IS200 SportTRD kit, K&N Filter

Yeah should only take a few hours Smile

I was gonna go to Thurrock mate.
But I'm still running on guernsey plates so figured it's not worth the hassle.
