Worst Customer Service EVER!!!
As some of you might be aware I have had serious issues with 3 mobile and after being fed so many lies I cancelled my Iphone 4 order. Anyway I am now in dispute with them over my final bill as they owe me fair wedge of cash £96 to be exact.
anyway i phoned them on Monday to get my money which is owed to me and they told me that my account is in draft and will be ready on 5th october. Called back on 5th and got told still in draft and will be ready 7th. Called back 7th yet again its in draft. Called back today and firstly she said yes its ready then when i said how much are you paying me back she went onto say its still in draft form. I have contacted 3 executive office several times sent numerous emails and no one will speak to me nor pay me what is due.
i have a record of all phone conversations over this 4 week period and what credits were applied when which amass to £96.00!!!! Over this week they said they would release £53 which is the minimum due however today they said they would only release £22 (why £31 less is a massive question) but I wont take this amount as I know they will say we have paid you.
I dont know what to do they clearly are trying not to pay me out and making excuses why not to.
They admitted I am in the right for terminating contract with them but it feels like they are reluctant to pay out what is owed to me.
What do they owe you the money for exactly?

Got home friday to find my final bill come through which they said friday morning was still in draft :LOCMOD:
They have missed the £20 which I paid for a handset i never got. Seems like they have no clue at all
so why do they owe you so much?
