Firstly deposit I paid for Iphone which never received and I had many goodwill gestures they put on my account when I kept complaining to them

Have negotiated with them to be paid back £56.00 so now all sorted. If the goodwill gestures are put as a credit on an account and are still on for the final bill then you are entitled to that money back!
