Saraj What top apps have you for yours?
Ive downloaded App orgainiser which is top for the home screen and all the others are just the basic ones, like ebay, argos, sky+
Not running that many apps at the mo really, just utility things mainly.
Although if you haven't already first thing I got rid of was the stock launcher, I hate it's iPhone-ness - swapped to LauncherPro instead

I did this and paid for it, then had to reboot, need to reinstall, thanks for reminding me !
I tried that lag fix but doesnt work for some reason, in the booth menu says something about failing.
So will try the one i did previously I went to holiday
I had a problems with it when I was in pakistan so did a full reboot and lost everything...

Have you got apps on your sd card? If so you need to move these to the phone or the fix won't work.
