hmm seems odd not seen that before Painting may be the best option mate

unless you want to take the bumper off and crash bar to remove the plastic....

Very strange as I say it looks like it's been on the car since new and its fitted with horn wires connectors in place??

Hmmm, by the state of the nuts it looks to of been on sometime, the plastic has been made to fit the crash bar and to also allow the horn wires, no-one else got this???

Strange enough there's an is200 breaking on ebay at the moment, that has one fitted too? :confused:

Hmmm???? Think I'm going to spray them, will I need matt black? As was going to use same spray to JDM headlights, matt better than gloss?
