There are black plastic bits on the end of your bumper that are held on with three screws.
Remove the screws and plastic bit and fit the mud flaps. But cant remember if this is just for the front ?? But there will be screws like Dean has said on the rear bumper.

Lexus IS200 Mods--TTE Supercharger, Tein Superstreet Coilovers & EDFC, 6000K HID Lights, HKS Silent High Power Exhaust, DBA Front Discs, Kenwood DNX9240 Head Unit, 19" Rims, TRD Kit, FIGS Bonnet Struts, Greddy Pillar Pod & Defi Gauges, TTE Red ARBS . And Been To WIM twice

Any pics guys?? I had the rear wheel off and saw the 2 screws that screw into the bumper and then 3 larger nuts/screws further in the wheel arch, but the screw holes on mud flaps don't measure up to the holes in the arch??

Couuld be wrong, but I thought the fronts bolted straight on whereas the rears needed holes drilling?

Not fitted any to mine, but this was copied from another site,,,

to fit the rear ones properly you have to drill 1 hole into the edge of the plastic bumper, this is to allow fitment of another spring clip nut for a mudguard mounting screw. on the front you remove a little piece of trim about 4 screws i think then just screw the mudguard using existing holes.

I've measured them up and it looks like you have to drill a hole into the rear bumper just under where the other bumper trim screw is, theres another hole on the under bit of the bumper as well? not sure I feel confident drilling into the bumper as theres not a lot of room for mistakes Sad
