Are the diameters quoted both OD?
It's just that the site I'm looking on uses ODs for alloy tubing, but IDs for the silicone to make it easier to match up.
Whats the OD of the throttle body?

63mm / 2.5 inch is the Throttle Body OD. You are right, hose is measured in ID and Pipe (steel) is measured in OD.
