You could get some fibreglass on the go on that engine cover and reshape it around the induction kit so it's symmetrical and covers the driver's side belt cover. Lexus engines are pretty ugly with the covers off (they don't bother tidying the wiring or painting anything as none of it is on display normally).

I guess if you're after tidyup you could take the induction kit pipe to an exhaust place and get them to make up a replica in stainless (I guess that's 3"?) with the AFM/MAF sensor bit on the underside, so you can't see it. That way you'd just see shiny pipe + airfilter + V8
nur motorsport are very very good at custom carbon fibre work they done jamieP's rear arches, and ive seen quite a bit of there other work and the weave they use is fantastic!
