Forget Di-Noc.......for those as ignorant as me take a few minutes to watch the 4 videos I've linked to. The first 2 are DIY dipping and give you an idea of the principle, the next one is a workshop doing it.....and the 4th is just pretty cool.....:thumbup:

Well I guess I'm real slow on this as when Rab mentioned "Dipping" I didn't have a clue what it was so I checked out a few videos and a site in Liverpool.

That dipping process looks very impressive, but the vids don't show you the whole process. I imagine after the pattern has been transferred to the part there's drying and clear coating processes to follow, or perhaps a clear gel coat and polish? Anyone know any more detail? Tis a long way from here to Liverpool to find out.
