Stoney If ya fancy giving it a go, either changing tops or patching the hole, the whole rad is yours for postage cost, sub £10 I'd imagine.

Cheers dude that's very kind of ya. Big Grin

I'll see how I get on with threading a barb onto the broken bit and if that fails I'll definitely be PM'ing ya.

Hoooorar, the last piece of the puzzle has arrived...

My EV1-to-Denso injector adapters! So now I don't have to cut up my injector wires to fit them Smile

Me also mate, shouldn't be too bad now we've had the inlet/throttle body off a couple times now, plug your ECU in, and away she goes.

Almost a fine art now Smile

This time when we pull all the TB off though I'm gonna give it a good old clean out with some TB cleaner while I've got the opportunity.

I've also got some ever-so-slightly larger o-rings on order as I noticed the OEM ones are minutely thicker. Fingers crossed they come before thurs...but I dont think it will be a big deal if they dont.

Just been catching up on Jims car! Awesome machine! Big Grin

Can't wait to see the finalised and mapped supercharger results!

Because the kit you bought was from the US and so designed for a LHD car; did you have any fitment issues when installing in your UK RHD car?

Cheers mate Smile

I had a few fitting issues. For starters the USA IS300's have deeper bumpers so they have more room in front of the radiator for an intercooler (I had to hack mine quite a bit). Also they don't have headlight washers, so I had to ditch those and also run a smaller washer fluid tank.

There was a few other small bits too, like bolts in the wrong place, but nothing massive that completely halted the install.

Put together a quick video today. My editing skills are pretty poor and Windows Movie Maker doesn't help...but meh:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FnmaPumlS...tube_gdata

Also I had a quick shot at a 0-60 on the Scangauge. Unfortunately it would seem I came off a little too early as it only registered up to 57, but I kinda needed to stop for a T junction Wink
