Do you use sealer to put it back on?
So Ormi,
How are you going to block the silencer holes? Are you going to weld plates over them or use some other method?
Strange how everyone is reconditioning their chargers, I did mine about a month ago. I ported the intake and outlet snouts and cleaned all the gunk out of the inside.
I may well have a go at porting the triangular outlet if i can get hold of second supercharger to play with.
I've gone over the the Greddy Boost Cut Controller instead of the HKS FCD it works in a better way to the FCD. If you can get hold of one I recommend it to any supercharger owner.

im just going to leave the silencer holes mate and just open the v up...
the only reason i done mine was i didnt know when the oil was changed and i wanted to check the rotors..
what diff will running the greddy do over running the hks
The BCC is almost exactly like the orignal black box that clamps the voltage once it goes over a set figure, rather than the FCD that "lies" to the ecu right through the range when its not needed, only once the MAP pressure gets towards the boost cut.
aaaaa i might look in to that then
