speedfreek Seriously mate, stop posting on this thread.

It makes me jealous and I don't like it

ROFL. Would it make you feel better if I said that at some point in the not so distant future I will probably have to give up my IS300 as a daily driver car and buy a **** 7 seater daddy-mobile?

This is just my "get it outta ya system while you can" car, before my kids get too big and start complaining that they have to wrap their legs round the drivers seat in order to fit in :p

He said stop using it as a daily driver. He never said he was selling it. lol. Though I know how you feel, and we are not the only ones, Jim is a basterd for inducing jealousy!

Jim, I was going to suggest what I think you have already thought of... if varying voltage to the fuel pump is causing problems, then some kind of voltage stabiliser device on the feed should solve it.

Confusedad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confusedad:

Aye. Now the fuel resistor has been deleted it runs full pelt all the time. Its helped my issue but not resolved it entirely. I've moved on to measuring the voltage of the o2 sensors now, but I've no idea what they should be at. They seem to fluctuate wildly.

That's what they're supposed to do! They constantly flick around above and below 1V depending on whether the mix is too rich or too lean.

did you put in a fuel return line, this might be the missing link, and a bigger fuel pump and fuel regulator

Well yeah, I assumed that. But the range seems really large - anything from 0.02v to 0.90v? It jumps all over the place between those values.
