Hi guys, i've been a member for a while now and thought i should start a thread on my car.

i've now had the rust on the bonnet sorted and carbon vinyl wrapped.
what do you think? i did the wrap myself (some help from Bro tho), so its not perfect but i'm very happy with it.

i've also fitted the blue led speedo kit, but would like some of the dials i've seen on a few cars on here.

fitted the battery bar i got off Robin
[Image: DSC00385.jpg]
well impressed with its quality.

list of mods to come:
coil overs
stereo (anyone bought the double din chinese units on ebay?)
speakers allround
rear tints
led rear lights
HID headlights
blue stuff for engine bay
induction kit (got already)
exhaust

anyone know where i can get the anodised rad brackets?

more coming vey soon.

Good work so far, I've been thinking about carbon wrapping the front 1/4 of my bonnet with that 3M stuff as a bonnet bra to hide/prevent stone chips.

christopherhughes anyone know where i can get the anodised rad brackets?

If you mean the aluminium panels that go over the top of the radiator, it's Robin that makes those too. Just send him a PM on the forum as he may have a spare one laying around.

There's a civic near me with a carbon vinyl bra, it looks smart and saves the dreaded stone chips which caused all my problems. It's the small brackets that hold the radiator in place.

welcome to ojc, one little mod that improves the front of the car also is to relocate the horns lower so they are behind the bumper and not on show from behind the grille, it looks so much smarter plus there are holes in the crash bar ready to be used for this job only takes a couple of minutes to relocate them Smile

christopherhughes It's the small brackets that hold the radiator in place.

I don't think I've ever seen proper anodised ones, although a few members, myself included have just taken them off and painted them...
