Don't like the look of them. Looks like something I used to run in my mountain bike!

Phil01 A day time running light is defined as a stand alone unit that is not wired into a sidelight or an existing fog light and wired to operate thro the ignition.
if you did wire any existing light all it would be is a fog or a sidelight switched on during the day.

All ernest did was to fit hid burners wired to ign, but in the eyes of the law they are still foglights.

And illegal to use unless there is heavy fog or rain, and visibility is reduced to below 100m!

I have LED flexible "eyebrows" to fit to mine. I will use the same for footwells and boot lights. So three pairs of strips (2 white for outside, 4 blue for inside) from ebay, plus fuses and holders from Maplins to make them 100% safe, total cost about a tenner. Now bought body coloured eyebrow covers from poor poor Jim so may not even fit the lights... but that's another story.

Confusedad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confusedad:

I'm not going to fit foglights into the Legana bumper I'm fixing up, not for £400+ for a second hand set anyway...

So I've got something planned with LED's which I think will work well, but you'll have to wait for that one Smile
