forgive me if i've missed anything about plate details as I haven't taken the time to read the full thread after it went :offtopic: however, some of the regulations were dated, so technically the dealer address was only mandatory on the bottom of the plate after a certain year, and since your car is a '99, can anyone prove the plates weren't produced for the car before the legistation changed?? may apply also to other required details on the plate such as the bs number, but i'm unsure
