Tried pressing the thing in and still nothing think it's time to start checking the cable joy

Cable is a 2 part affair, if the back section pretty easy, front section is a bit of a pain.

Could also be the plastic cog that goes into the gear box.

I'm hoping it's the trip reset button thing cos the second I pressed that in it stopped working so hopefully it'll be the join on the back of the clocks luckily I have 3 days off next week to check it

Ok so not very happy on my way to work and the temp gauge suddenly started climbing I slowed down to around 20 and it suddenly dropped and started climbing back up to the middle where it normally does I think my clocks are broken just go to work out what rev mine is as I've found a set of clocks on eBay for pennies it was first registered march 91 if this helps anyone figure it out it stuck grrr

I'll have to check tomorrow where's the frame number stamped is it in the spare tyre well

It's on the plate on the front bulkhead yeah - also stamped into the bulkhead between the frunk and the cabin, frunk side, top left.
