Had to take a hacksaw to the slam panel to get it out!!

Problem was that with the LS400 sat on axle stands at full extension, we couldn't get the boom on the engine hoist high enough to clear the front of the car. It all looked a bit like this:

A while ago a friend suggested taking the front end off with a grinder and I thought he was joking...
Problem was that with the LS400 sat on axle stands at full extension, we couldn't get the boom on the engine hoist high enough to clear the front of the car. It all looked a bit like this:

It's Scottyboy's old shell, minus the 1JZ-GTE and gearbox that he had in it. It's complete aside from that, rolling on Apexi adjustable suspension. Interior is complete more or less, and the bodywork only needs minimal attention. Result!

So this turned up this morning...
