lol, 0AWG? Seriously? What on earth do you have in your car that can draw 245 amps?! Even starter motors are usually about 120-150A...
IMO there is NO point in uprating a car battery unless you have a need to run electrical devices long-term without flattening it (in which case you should have a split charge and a leisure battery, as car batteries are not designed for constant draw) or you genuinely need more power to START the car. That's all batteries are for. To power more gadgets while the engine is running, you should uprate your alternator NOT the battery. Batteries should be matched to alternators, by putting a larger battery in you're just putting a larger drain on your alternator to keep it charged.
Cable sizing calculations also take load/distance travelled into account - however in a car the distance travelled is never going to be more then 15 foot.
