For the most part I trust you guys judgement and I'm in need of a little inspiration
I'm getting a pair of bride brix recliners reupholstered after the MOT/insurance renews at the end of March (if there are no nasty surprises).
I've chosen Edge Automotive, who have a section on this forum. I want to keep the car fairly Lexus looking, while having some more supportive front seats.
Initial thoughts are something like this:

Only with very dark charcoal stitching, as I don't want it to stand out from the black too much. The seats will be black half leather half alcantara.
Anyone got any other ideas before I shell out £750?
Also, if anyone else has some bride brix recliners they want reupholstering it should bring the price down a bit, so get in touch!

Bride brix's don't look too bad in half leather half alcantara. Just want to give it that slightly more luxury feel.
edit: I think something like the above with quilting, then a lexus logo where the bride lettering is would be ideal.

Personally I'd get the Lexus logo embossed rather than embroidered if possible and the quilting should look ok too.

06-01-2019, 02:13 PM #10right, update on this! I've had the bride seat in the car for about 2 hours and I hate it already. Sits way too low and it's a bit too snug on the legs. The lowness is absolutely ridiculous, considering it's designed for 5'5" Japanese people, I have about 4" of my head above the window line.
