reco2k Ross - if I get a spare unit, can you sort me out with the white/blue combo as above?

I've been wanting to do exactly that for ages but haven't had time! I'm sure I can live without heater controls for a few days if you could do it?

What I really want to do, is find a way of having a white speedo, with blue needles :drool:

I see you've taken your speedo dial completely off the dash to do that...does that mean you managed to put SMD strips in the speedo too?

Did some work on the dials and think they look a lot better now than with the usual bulb replacement, took a lot of work tho

looks exactly like mine Big Grin Love white smd's behind them. Really brings out the design I think.

Yeah looks a lot better than just changing the bulbs, think i will change the security led to a blue one as well just to add to the effect

Reco, can you post a pic or show which pins you connected up to,to light the clocks on your test bed?

Looks good, very bright! Although I still prefer my white SMD replacement bulbs as they give a more even spread of light.

I didnt these are run off their own wiring so just connected directly to the power supply.

I could get the light spread a bit more even i think but am going to experiment with my other one ince i swap them to see how well it comes out
