Hi guys
I'm probably going over a prev post so sry if you find that your repeating yourself.
Problem: at around 50mph I seem to feel a very slight wobble/vibration. The steering wheel seems ok and I've recently had the front wheels rebalanced. I have a 40mm low profile tyre fitted. I've looked, pulled and pushed all the suspension parts and all seems ok. I recently read on here that the drive shaft may be a cause of a similar symptom. We're would I need to look to see if there is a prob in this area. I also noticed the the two rear bars on the axle that connect to the rear wheels have a very slight play from left to right(about 2mm) is this normal.
Any help would be great. Thank you.
Regards. Geoff

When mine were warped it came in between 50 and 70mph. Nothing at any other speed. Fitted new discs and it went away!

Uum. This may explain the pair of brand new discs and pads that were in the boot when I bought the car Smile

I guess that's my first port of call.

First thing to do would be the cheapest thing - get the rear wheels balanced as well.

was brake disc for me also. although I sic have to
push the pedal before the wobble which Gr1nch hasn't stated he is doing or not. was thinking perhaps a ball joint issue

If it's your front discs or wheels that are causing the problem you should feel the wobble through your steering wheel. if you feel a wobble but the steering wheel is still I'd check the rear wheels and discs.
